Quality Management

Our quality is independently assessed by a third party on a regular basis. This is how we decided on this approach:

In 2007 we employed a consultancy organisation to help us get ready for the launch of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in September 2008. The work was a great success and we were fully compliant with the new standards four months before they were launched! We also realised that the work done by the consultants (Jude and Sarah) had given us other significant improvements across the organisation. The areas which benefitted most included staff and management skill levels as well as our curriculum areas.

As a result, we have made a strategic decision to continue to work with Jude and Sarah, who have a wealth of experience in childcare, inspection and quality early years care and education and, who are now a key part of our organisation. They both visit all our settings on a regular basis (about once every two weeks), providing development support to all our staff and ensuring we are always up to date with any new initiatives.
