Success in re-assessment for Investor in People Standard

We were re-assesed in October 2011 by CAR North West and we are pleased to say we passed with outstanding feedback.
The assessor, Alan Morris, spent 3 days meeting and interviewing our teams in Rochdale and Bury. Alan's feedback included the following comments: -
"People right across this organisation are positive and well motivated and extremely well qualified to carry out their roles."
"There exists, at all levels within the organisation, high levels of skill appropriate to the role people perform."
"Fisherfield is an excellent learning organisation."
"Fisherfield must consider itself very close to a Gold Standard organisation."
As we were only assessed for the basic award we were particularly proud of the last comment.
